All confirmed and paid orders will undergo product inspection, sorting and professional packaging within 1 to 7 business days. Processing operations are only carried out on working days, excluding weekends and official federal holidays in the United States.

During peak shopping seasons, promotional events and order surges, order processing cycles may be moderately prolonged due to excessive order volume. We will actively notify customers via email once unexpected long delays occur, keeping you updated on the latest order progress in real time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are calculated according to the actual size, weight and delivery destination of the luggage and bag products. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no extra or hidden charges.

Our exclusive standard shipping service has an estimated delivery period of 15 business days. It is important to note that all delivery times are for reference only. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier scheduling, customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday shutdowns, which shall be subject to the actual logistics arrival status.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your order is successfully dispatched from our warehouse, our official system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved mailbox. The email will contain your unique order number, official logistics tracking code and carrier information for your independent inquiry.

Normally, logistics tracking information will be synchronized and available for public inquiry within 24 to 72 hours after shipment. If the tracking page fails to update information beyond this period, you can contact our customer service team to assist in checking the package transportation status.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must fill in accurate, complete and deliverable recipient information including detailed shipping address and valid contact number when placing orders. Please carefully check all delivery information before completing payment to avoid logistics exceptions.

AALIYAH CHERIE GREENE will not bear any liability for package misdelivery, loss or return caused by wrong, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. Any packages returned due to address errors will require customers to bear the corresponding return freight and additional reshipping costs for secondary delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package logistics status is suspended for a long time or the package is confirmed missing during transportation, please submit a feedback application to our customer service team within 5 business days from the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics provider to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the package trajectory.

Damaged Items: Luggage and bags may suffer scratches, extrusion deformation, zipper damage, accessory loss and other problems during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged products, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the package. You need to provide clear photos and videos of the outer packaging and damaged product details. We will verify the problem and provide a targeted after-sales solution as soon as possible.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

This usage and maintenance clause applies to all luggage, handbags, travel bags and storage bag products sold by our store. Every product is equipped with professional maintenance guidelines suitable for different materials such as canvas, leather and Oxford cloth.

We will not be responsible for product damage, aging, deformation or functional failure caused by customers’ improper use, random cleaning, long-term exposure to high temperature and humid environments, artificial collision damage or private disassembly and modification. Customers are advised to maintain and use the products in accordance with official guidelines to ensure normal service life.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international cross-border orders, the customs department of the destination country or region may levy import tariffs, inspection fees and other related taxes according to local trade policies and supervision standards.

All customs fees and related procedural expenses incurred during international transportation are fully borne by the buyer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs and tax costs.
